PI05865: Mouse scroll wheel not working properly in stereotype page

Error description

• Client is using RSA 8.0.3, they found following issue:
  
  In RSA, create a stereotype, open properties view, select
  stereotype tab, at first, text field 'keywords' has the focus,
  the stereotype tab page can be scrolled normally with mouse
  scroll wheel, but after click any other blank space in page, the
  text field 'keywords' lost focus, mouse scroll wheel can not
  work anymore, unless click text field 'keywords' again to make
  it get focus.
  
  I'm able to reproduce the issue in 8.0.4 and 8.5.1, seems the
  issue only happen on properties view-? stereotype tab, for other
  tabs like 'General' tab, the mouse scroll wheel always can work,
  no matter I click elsewhere like blank space on the tab page.
  
  Other elements like class etc also have the same issue.
  
  Client explained they have lots of stereotype applied to
  stereotype and class, it's very inconvenient if mouse scroll
  wheel unusable.
  

Local fix

  Create a UML profile and create a stereotype in that, open
  properties view of the stereotype and select stereotype tab
  - at first, text field "keywords" has the focus, the
  stereotype tab page can be scrolled normally with mouse
  scroll wheel, but after clicking any other blank space in
  page, the text field "keywords" lost focus, mouse scroll
  wheel does not work anymore unless you click text field
  "keywords" again to make it get focus.
  

Problem conclusion

• When user clicks outside the keywords section i.e. in
  "Applied Sterotypes" section, the focus goes to the table in
  that scetion. Table has its own scroll coposite and it does
  not enbale the parent scroll composite and thus scroll does
  not work any more. The fix is to set focs of table section
  when user clicks in "Applied Sterotypes" section. As a
  result the "Apply Stereotype..." button gets focus and the
  scroll happens as expected.
