PI05814: biBusHeaderValue not properly initialized after calling logon() on cmService in .NET

Error description

• Simplified sample (in C#)  cmService = new
  contentManagerService1(); cmService.Url = dispatcherURL;
  cmService.logon(xmlEncodedCredentials, null);  After the first
  line the biBusHeaderValue of the cmService object of course is
  null.  After sending the logon request, the biBusHeaderValue is
  populated with the server response, however, it is not populated
  completely as the userPreferencesVars is still null.  This can
  cause unexpected results and errors in the further processing of
  the SDK application.
