PI05808: Importing a license file using the Rational License Key Server administration tool may fail with 'invalid hostid' errors.

Error description

• Attempts to import a license file to an IBM Rational License Key
  Server using the new License Key Server Administration and
  Reporting console may report the following error:
  
  License file import contains hostid/hostname. Please regenerate
  the file, and import.
  
  To date, this issue has only been reported when both the console
  server and the license server agent are running on systems using
  Japanese as the OS primary language.
  
  The license files can be imported directly on the license server
  using the standard methods of:
  - Importing using the Rational License Key Administrator tool on
  Windows hosts.
  - Editing the license files directly.

  Attempts to import a RLKS license file using RLKS
  Administration and Reporting Tool may report an error as:
  "License file import contains hostid/hostname. Please
  regenerate the file, and import."
  

Problem conclusion

• This is a defect in RLKS Administration and Reporting Tool.
  The hostid parameter in the license file is not interpreted
  correctly by the tool. This issue has been fixed in RLKS
  8142 release.
