PI04996: MASTER-DETAIL COLUMNS DO NOT SHOWS CORRECTLY IN COGNOS 10.1.1

Error description

• customer are migrating our Cognos reports from 8.4.1 to 10.1.1.
  In some of?the reports, certain columns are defined with
  master-detail?relationship.  Under Cognos 8.4.1, when these
  reports are generated?with CSV outputs, those columns with
  master-details relations will be?missing.  Although not
  desirable, this is understandable as CSV file?format can dislay
  the those complex master-detail layout.??However, in Cognos
  10.1.1, we found that those reports in CSV format?behave quite
  differently.  The header of the master-detail columns will?be
  skipped, but data part will show an empty value.  That is,
  all?subsequent data will be shifted to the right with incorrect
  header.??Kindly advise if this shifting behaviour can be avoided
  in Cognos?10.1.1?
