APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Have a project structure where sub project is relative to top
  project with a static file in sub project.
  2. Copy just the top project without copying the sub project, so
  a static work area gets created for the sub project in the work
  area of top project
  3. Now copy the sub project, hence the work area of sub porject
  gets created in the same path where sttaic work area existed
  earlier
  4. Now edit the file in the sub project from the work area
  (uncheck read-only from OS or overwrite from a new file)
  5. Syncing this file shows 'Database change to checked-in file'
  conflict
  6 Accept work area changes, however contents of the files roll
  back
