APAR status

Error description

• Messages being send from one QMGR to another QMGR using
  Intra-Group-Queuing are being put to the DLQ with a reason
  code MQRI_IMS_DATACONV_REQ X'2138' (decimal 8504).
  
  CSQM064I +DM1S CSQMIGQA Intra-group queuing agent
  put messages to dead-letter queue.
  
  The dump shows that the message on the DLQ has not been
  converted from ASCII to EBCDIC. The MQIIH within the message
  is still in ASCII.

  When the intra-group queuing agent attempts to put the message
  to the IMS bridge queue, the message may need to be converted
  for IMS. In this case it is translated and the put is attempted
  again. However the second put attempt will fail as the
  fIMSConvert flag is not set after the translation. This results
  in the intra-group queuing agent putting the message to the dead
  letter queue with reason 8504.
  

Problem conclusion

• The intra-group queueing agent has been altered to correctly set
  the fIMSConvert flag on after conversion to allow the second put
  attempt to succeed.
