PI04853: JDBC DATA SOURCE CONNECTION WITH EXTERNAL AUTHENTICATION DOESN'T PASS IN C10 LOGIN UID AND PWD

Error description

• The JDBC data source connections have three ?authentication
  sources:?1. No authentication?2. External authentication?3.
  Signon??If you create a JDBC DSC (in this case MySQL) with #2
  set and then configure C10 to have LDAP security,?if you log in
  to C10 as hmiller (hillock) you would expect that
  hmiller/hillock gets passed to the database. ?This doesn't
  happen when you Test the DSC, you get an error like "Connection
  failed: java.sql.SQLException: Access denied for user
  ''@'tp-laventus.ottawa.ibm.com' (using password: NO)"
