PI04812: ADDING A DATA ITEM IN A LIST CELL CAUSES COGNOS TO HANG

Error description

• When inserting a data item in a list row cell, there is no
  response first and the following error occurs after trying the
  action again :?'An insert operation is already in progress. All
  insert operations will now be cancelled.'??The list row cell is
  inserted between the last row of the list and the footer and is
  configured with a fixed width??It works if no width is set for
  the list row cell or if the width is set for the "list Row"
  

Local fix

• Set the width in the entire "list Row" and delete it from the "L
  ist cell"
