Error description

  • In IDz v15.0.x users noticed while using the COBOL editor's
    option at Window->Preferences->COBOL->Editor->Save Actions, the
    COBOL editor always does all formatting to the source code even
    if "apply only capitalization options" is selected.

    Workaround:
    Go to Window->Preferences->COBOL->Editor->Formatter and uncheck
    "Enable indentation of..." at the Data Division and the
    Procedure Division section.

Problem summary

  • Recent refactoring of the COBOL formatter ignored the On-Save
    preferences.
