PH48369: CLEARTOOL -FMT "%[VIEWS]P" INCORRECTLY PRINTS ERRORS FOR VIEWS WITH NO TAGS IN THE CURRENT REGION.

APAR status

Error description

• When "using cleartool describe -long or cleartool lsact -long to
  get stream information, views with no tags found in the current
  regionare displayed as the "bare" uuids. When using -fmt
  "%[views]p" to get the same informaiton, cleartool prints this
  error message for every view whose tag cannot be found in the
  current region:
  .     cleartool: Error: No tag in region for view
  "44a186c8.b1a811dd.897d.00:01:83:09:ce:79".
  
  Views not having tags in the current registry region is a normal
  condition in:
  - MultiSite Replicated environments.
  - Interop environments where views are not always synced between
  regions.
  - Any environment with multiple registry regions.
  

Local fix

• None.. In most cases the error can be ignored.
