PH47690: Typeahead cannot be enabled after setting up full-text search

Error description

• When trying to enable type ahead on ClearQuest using type ahead
  command mentioned below:
  cqperl cqtsadmin.pl --username <cq admin user> --password
  <password> --dbset <dbset name> --userdb <User db name>
  --ftshome <FTS home dir> --typeahead_cmd "import -file <path to
  typeahead_cfg.txt>" , it throws the below error:

  ERROR: Validation failed.
  
  Full Text Search is enabled; using Full Text Search data for
  validation.
  
  ERROR: The record type "users" is not indexed by Full Text
  Search.

  However the entity file under FTS profile, shows that "users"
  record is indexed.
  
  The same error appears if you try enabling type ahead for other
  record types as well, like Defect record.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.14, 9.0.2.6 and 9.1.0.3.
  The Perl code for typeahead having data-type mismatch was fixed.
