Error description

• In IDz v14.2.6, when using the code Formatter feature or action,
  the operation is inadvertently removing the carriage return
  (CR) character from end of line in some cases. The visibility of
   the carriage return character (CR) and line feed character (LF)
   indicator can be configured and verified by choosing the type
  of white space characters to display (General -> Editors -> Text
   Editors -> Show whitespace characters).

Problem summary

• The automatic line wrapping behavior of the COBOL formatter was
  always using Unix style line delimiters even if the edited
  document was using Windows style line delimiters
  

Problem conclusion

• If the edited COBOL file is using Windows style line delimiters,
   the automatic line wrapping behavior of the COBOL formatter
  will also use Windows style delimiters when inserting line
  wrapping behavior.
