Local fix

Problem summary

  • A new warning message "Encoding warning" was introduced to alert
users when transferring files between local and remote systems
that the file may become corrupted. But upon inspecting the
contents of the file, the message was issued in error as no
    characters were actually getting corrupted.

Problem conclusion

  • Encoding warning should not show up if characters are not
    getting corrupted.
