  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A module recovery routine could run     *
  *                      even if the queue manager is no longer  *
  *                      running, which could result in          *
  *                      unpredictable behaviour such as 0C4     *
  *                      abends.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  The recovery routine runs if a variable storing an address space
  ID is non-zero, however this value is never set.
  

Problem conclusion

• The missing variable assignment was added.
