PH41009: THE COMMAND REFRESH QMGR TYPE(EXPIRY) DOES NOT CLEAR EXPIRED MESSAGES FROM SHARED LOCAL QUEUES

Error description

• The command REFRESH QMGR TYPE(EXPIRY) NAME(x) is issued, where
  x is the name of a Shared Local queue. The command returns
  that the scan has been done for 0 (zero) queues and normal
  completion:
  CSQM173I CSQMRMMS EXPIRED MESSAGE SCAN REQUESTED FOR 0 QUEUES
  CSQ9022I  CSQMRMMS ' REFRESH QMGR' NORMAL COMPLETION
  And no expired messages were removed from the queue.

• Use EXPRYINT QMGR's attribute
  

Problem summary

  *                      EXPRYINT(OFF) is set on the QMGR,       *
  *                      expired messages will not be cleared    *
  *                      from the queue.                         *

  When the command is issued to a shared queue, a check is
  performed to ensure the command is only actioned on the QMGR
  which issued it.
  
  A logic error in this check incorrectly excluded shared local
  queues from this operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• Expired messages are now correctly cleared from shared local
  queues when using the REFRESH QMGR TYPE(EXPIRY) command.
