    When IDz starts, the message "Initializing Remote Edit Support
    ..." appears in the message bar at the bottom of the IDE.
    This message is visible for up to 2 minutes and then disappears,
    
    effectively freezing IDz during this time.

  • In certain scenarios, the initialization of a plugin can lead to
     contention for the workspace, resulting in a delay
    

Problem conclusion

  • At plugin initialization time, the task that can lead to
    workspace contention is no longer required
