Error description

• Hursley finds that (during a backout request for GET) issued by
  CSQ3RRSM an execution unit switch abended due to EBSuspRob
  being set. The intention of this APAR is to investigate whether
  a defect may be present to cause an issue during the execution
  unit switch.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 5C6-00E50076 occurs in CSQVEUS1   *
  *                      following the unexpected memory         *
  *                      termination (MEMTERM) of an RRS         *
  *                      application.                            *
  ****************************************************************
  An RRS application switched to an RRS context and making an MQI
  call was forced/memterm'd.
  At the time the application was memterm'd a latch was held by
  the TCB performing work under the context, and due to the
  memterm no recovery processing could take place and the queue
  manager was terminated abnormally 6C6 with REASON=00F3040A.
  
  While the queue manager was still terminating, RRS called the
  CTX_END_CONTEXT_EXIT for the context.
  CSQ3RRSX/CSQ3RRSM switched to the context ACE and attempted
  to back out the UR, however as the context ACE had been left in
  an inconsistent state this resulted in the reported abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ3RRSX has been changed to detect if the context ACE may have
  been left in an inconsistent state following MEMTERM processing,
  preventing the 5C6-00E50076 occurring during the expected
  abnormal termination of the queue manager.
