PH36751: USERS REQUIRE READ PERMISSION TO ALL COMPONENTS OF AN APPLICATION WHETHER THE DEPLOY PROCESS USES THAT COMPONENT OR NOT

Error description

• The user requires read permissions to all components of an
  application to run any deployment process for that application.
  
  This is regardless of whether the deployment process uses that
  component or not.
  
  1. Login with "admin" user.
  2. Create a user "test" and role "testRole" and assign all the
  permissions to role except View Components
  3. Create a team Team1
  4. Add user "test" to Team1
  5. Create a component A with team Team1.
  6. Create a component B with no Team.
  7. Create an application "App1" and add Team1.
  8. Create an environment and add Team1.
  9. Add all the components to the application
  10. Create an application process which uses only component A
  11. Login with user "test"
  12. Try to run the application deployment. In the Verify
  properties page Error message is thrown : Error Loading
  Properties. Retry?
  
  The user should be allowed to run the deployment.
