Error description

• During QM shutdown, system abends with an 0C4 abend in mod
  CSQEBCKW. Code is looking through the structures to see if
  there are an in-Flight transactions before the QM shuts down
  and  the STRB, which represents a connection to a CF structure,
  has 0 for the structure number. This occurs when a structure
  goes 'dormant', which can happen for many reasons.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An ABEND S0C4 may be issued in CSQEBCKW *
  *                      during a QMGR shutdown checkpoint. This *
  *                      can occur if there is in-flight work on *
  *                      shared queues during shutdown           *
  *                      processing.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  During QMGR shutdown, checkpoint processing occurs for each of
  the MQ resource managers. The Coupling Facility checkpoint
  manager ensures in-flight work on shared queues is resolved
  correctly. The checkpoint code does not account for structure
  connections which have become 'dormant'. Depending on the nature
  of the in-flight work, this may result in an 0C4 abend in the
  QMGR.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to account for 'dormant' structure
  connections during QMGR shutdown checkpoints.
