  01.Developer for z/OS enhancement to enable/disable the check
     for SCLM control, _RSE_JAVAOPTS -Dsclm.check.enable.
     Enable a check to see if a data set or member is under SCLM
     control. The default is false. Uncomment and specify true to
     prevent users from altering SCLM managed data outside of SCLM
  02.IBM Developer for z/OS Interface for CA Endevor SCM does not
     remove all temporary datasets when done.
  03.Enhancement that allows zUnit to analyze an application JCL
     with cataloged procedures to add recording parameters to such
     a JCL. This enhancement comes with a new zee.env environment
     variable, AZU_JES_PROCLIB.
