Error description

• The IBM Rational ClearCase / Cadence Virtuoso integration allows
  a user to perform SCM operations in both the "Library Manager"
  and in the editor itself. If a user imports a checkedout cell
  view into the library manager to checkin a schematic that is
  currently being edited, changes in the schematic editor can be
  lost.
