Error description

• After installing, or upgrading to, IBM ClearCase 9.1.0.0, the
  following display issues may occur in UCM GUIs:
  1. When at the step for configuring a UCM project for
  integration with Clearquest, 2 string constant names are
  embedded as a string literal within the dialog boc prompt.
  2. WHen creating a child stream of another UCM stream, the
  provided child stream name is {user name}_{random symbol text}
  3. Rebase or deliver errors may contain random text in the place
  of a more detailed message.
  4. One or more rebase dialogs may pick up unnecessary
  scrollbars.
