  • IBM Developer for z Systems - IDz - v14.2.3
Code Page Selection missing drop-down list and got empty window
when click Select button in preferences.

Steps to reproduce:
Installed IDz 14.2.3 under OS Linux Debian 18.04.5 at first.
Goto Importer > Cobol in IDz preferences then click Select
button of Code Page Selection will met this issue.
