• CHIN suffers abend
  
  xxxx,ABN=5C6-00E20027,U=xxxxxxxx,C=MQ900.920.MMC-CSQMICLU,
  M=CSQGFRCV,LOC=CSQSLD1 .CSQSVBK +00001648
  
  when older object definition resulted in problems with some of
  the added code to MQ module CSQMGETO in 920.
  
  
  The error can also result in other symptoms, including
  
  - 5C6-00E20028 in CSQSTACK or CSQSVPL
  
  - 0C4 in various modules
  
  - abnormal queue manager termination
  
    6C6 with REASON=00E50706

  During channel startup CSQMGETO was called to convert a channel
  definition for a channel stored in an old format to the current
  format, adding addition padding bytes where needed.
  
  An error in calculating the amount of padding led to too many
  bytes being cleared, leading to the storage following the
  channel definition being overlaid with null bytes.
  
  When the storage containing the definition was freed, CSQSVBK
  detecting that a storage overlay had occurred and abended
  5C6-00E20027.
  
  Other symptoms depend on the contents of the overlaid storage
  following the area allocated for the channel definition.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMGETO is changed to clear the correct number of padding
  bytes.
