  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When "Generating Test Case" is issued against a COBOL source,
  the following error message is displayed:

  Generate Test Case
  .
  An error occurred while opening the Test Case Editor
  Reason:
  Possible reasons for failure:
  1. Syntax errors were found in the source. If the file is from
  the workspace, check the 'Remote Error List' view for the list
  of errors.
  2. parm_LAAMC4N4.cbl is expected to be a complete COBOL
  program, based on its file extension.You can change the file
  extension support by going into the "More COBOL options" tab
  of the COBOL importer preferences page (Window Preferences
  Importer COBOL).

  parm_LAAMC4N4.cbl(431) IGYDS1110-S "FILLER" was found as a
  level-66 or level-88 item. Scanning was resumed at the next
  data definition or the next area "A" item.
  .
  The error is the result of duplicate definitions in one of the
  copybooks, even though the definitions are not referenced in
  the source.
  NOTE: Had the source referenced them, it would have resulted
  in a compiler error instead.
  .
  Please suppress this error message.
  

Local fix

• WORK AROUND:
  If the duplicate definition in the copybook is resolved by
  removing or modifying them such that they are unique, the
  error message is avoided.
