PH30848: IDZ USER BUILD WIZARD MARKS FOLDERS AS GRAYED EVEN THOUGH NOTHING IS CHECKED IN THEM

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When configuring a user build in IBM Developer for z/OS - IDz -
  v14.2.3, the wizard page "Additional Files to Load" shows:
  - the correct files to copy to USS (program to build,
  dependencies, groovy script)
  - but also another folder with nothing else checked in it.

         + prog1.cbl        <- checked and OK
  

Local fix

• Problem can be reproduced multiple projects start with the same
  name.
  In the above example, rename project Build into BuildA.
  

Problem summary

• File path check was only checking against start of full paths
  instead of the full segments of the prefixing path, leading to
  errant folder visual icon changes indicating matches via grayed
  folder icons in the tree.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix file path checks to use the full correct segments in
  matching.
