PH27631: CONFIGURATION FILE TEMPLATES "RESET LATEST TO THIS VERSION" LINKDOESN'T APPEAR CLICKABLE IN UI

Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to Component.
  2. Click on Configuration of Component.
  3. Click on Configuration File Templates.
  4. Create Configuration file templates and edit it multiple
  times to create some version.
  5. Click on Edit and click to back arrow to navigate to the
  previous version.
  You will note that "Reset Latest to This Version" link doesn't
  appear clickable and instead show selection icon (I).
