Show Expand source does not parse correctly with Umlauts in
Cobol editor with UTF-8.

For example, using Show Expand source with following Cobol
program in Cobol editor with UTF-8 will trigger this issue.

           move 'äöüÄÖÜßéèòóíìàá' to VAR
           GOBACK

Problem summary


    

  • Incorrect code page being used for the generated Show Expanded
source file.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Now, when no code page can be found, we will fall back to using
the same code page that the original file uses.
