Error description

• When specifying the correct STARTLRSN and ENDLRSN for recovery
  across a QSG, some queue managers within the queue sharing
  group may fail to restart with CSQJ098E CSQY291E CSQV086E
  ABEND5C6 00E80084

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the change log inventory     *
  *                      utility CSQJU003 and specifying the     *
  *                      NEWLOG option to add a log to the BSDS, *
  *                      the resultant entry in the BSDS will    *
  *                      have the last two characters of its     *
  *                      STRTLRSN and ENDLRSN values replaced    *
  *                      with x'40'.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  There is internal checking in CSQJU003 which ensures that the
  supplied STRTLRSN and ENDLRSN values are valid LRSN values.
  During the checking process, the last byte of the supplied LRSN
  values are accidentally corrupted with an EBCDIC space; x'40'.
  These corrupted LRSN values are subsequently inserted into the
  BSDS which can cause a disaster recovery process which uses
  CSQJU003 to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• The change log inventory utility CSQJU003 has been changed to
  insert the correct STRTLRSN and ENDLRSN values in the BSDS.
