• User, being part of System Team(Administrator Role), could be
  able to create a repository(or any resource) and add it to other
  teams without being part of that team.

Problem conclusion

• With this solution being released in Urbancode Build 6.1.6.2
  Version, Users with admin rights will be able to create
  repositories for any team.
