APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Attempts to send HTTP version 1.0 messages with no
  Content-Length header fail, and a 60 second delay is seen before
  a reply goes to the requesting client.
  
  This problem only occurs when there is no body in the request
  message.
  The Proxy times out internally, waiting for a body that is not
  present.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Send a Content-Length header.
