Error description

• When using the IBM Rational ClearCase "cleartool" command,
  operations that prompt for comments will not respond to
  control-c, pipe failures, or certain other signals until the
  desired input is completely supplied.
  

Local fix

• Forcibly kill the process with kill -9. The process will
  immediately exit.
