Error description

• Merging incremental zOS component versions within a snapshot
  fails with XMLStreamException.  In the UI, gives the alert
  'Error merging component versions: Cannot forward after response
  has been committed.'  In the logs, throws the following
  exception:
  		Caused by: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: Underlying
  stream encoding 'Cp037' and input paramter for
  writeStartDocument() method 'IBM-1047' do not match.
