Error description

• With IBM Z Development & Test Environment (ZD&T) 12.0 a
  ConcurrentModificationException may be seen during volume
  transfer when the concurrent volume transfer number is set to be
  more than 1 (from the target environment configuration page).
  The greater the number of concurrent transfers configured
  increases the chance that this will be encountered.
  

Local fix

• Resume the deploy/update or set the concurrent volume transfer
  number to 1.
