Error description
When using the IBM ClearCase GUI version tree browser on Windows, hovering over a version with an over-long comment or other metadata will cause the tooltip to flash on the screen. One example would be a directory that was checked in after adding a large number of files to source control. In that case, the default checkin comment would read: "Added element 'file1.txt' Added element 'file2.txt' ... Added element 'file100.txt'" If the number of lines in the comment would cause the tooltip to be taller than the screen, the tooltip will rapidly appear and disappear.
