Problem conclusion

• The intial checking of DTSP connection upon connecting to ADFz
  connection was modified to ensure not to display this alert.
  
  This issue is fixed in v14.2.3 of the following products:
  IBM Debug for z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition
