Error description

• ABEND0C4 RC04 in DSNIDM.DSNIDBPX+360A or ABEND04E RC00F30801
  in DSNAPRHX+2258 can occur during a cancel of a REORG.
  A REORG job was cancelled exposing a timing window in DBET
  recovery routine.
  The recovery routine tried to free a DBET object twice, causing
  the ABEND0C4 in DSNIDBPX.

  Dbet was in the house-keeping phase of a request. It cleaned
  up the object storage then the CANCEL occurred. The recovery
  routine kicked in and depending on timing, it tried to free
  the same object storage again resulting in invalid storage
  address.
  

Problem conclusion

• The address of the object is reset right after its storage
  is released in the house-keeping phase.
