PH23570: TEAMS ARE NOT COPIED DURING COPY OPERATION OF RESOURCES UNDER RESOURCE TEMPLATE

Error description

• Steps to reproduce :
  1. Created a resource template "MasterRes" with the "Test" Team
  on it.
  2. Added an agent to it named "Agent7".This agent has a "Test"
  team on it and "Inherit from parent" also enabled.
  3. Created another subgroup below "MasterRes" with the name
  "ChildRes".
  4. Copied agent to "ChildRes" with the name "Agent Copy".
  so when "Agent7" has the "Test" team on it and "Inherit from
  parent" also disabled, then  "Agent Copy"  will not inherit the
  "Test" team on it.
