PH22966: FORMATTER FUNCTION FOR BSDATATABLECOLUMN DOES NOT FUNCTION

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Its observed that where a formatter function is applied to
  BSDataTableColumn in order set differing colors in relation to a
  conditional does not have any effect
  As an example rows that have a value of "Y" in the field MYFIELD
  should be colored green and all other rows should be colored
  red.
  However no color at all is presented in even case.
