Error description

• ABEND04E RC00C200C9 DSNB1OFA after changing zparm STATFDBKSCOPE
  from 'NONE' to 'ALL'.  An internal halfword counter overflowed
  causing a large overlay.  An internal DB2 PBG control block was
  overlayed resulting in subsystem termination.  Changing
  STATFDBK_SCOPE back to 'NONE' circumvents the error.

  When the user was collecting statistics
  recommendations into the SYSIBM.SYSSTATFEEDBACK
  catalog table by using the STATFDBK_SCOPE
  subsystem parameter, an ABEND0C4 RC00000038
  in DSNICMT2 OFFSET00202 occurred.
  The abend occurred due to a storage overflow in one of
  the variables used to calculate the required storage size
  for storing the distribution statistics. This problem occurs
  when the Db2 catalog has many frequency statistics some of
  which may be outdated.
