PH21970: COMPONENT DEPLOYMENT HISTORY CLEANUP RECORDS END DATE NEVER SET

Error description

• If you set component deployment history cleanup to run, it will
  delete a set of records. You will notice that the cleanup event
  has a progress bar on the bottom of the settings page. This
  progress bar will show that all records have been deleted after
  the cleanup event finishes and the progress bar will be filled.
  However, the banner shows that cleanup still has hours before
  completing and your server will show that cleanup is running at
  times when it is not scheduled to run. The cleanup logs show
  that the component deployment cleanup event finished, but
  further investigation shows that the record in the database has
  no end date set.
