Error description

• When recording some HTTP messages using the RIT HTTP Proxy,
  responses are received with correct headers and HTTP status, but
  with no payload.
  
  The problem occurs when the HTTP server application sends
  replies without a content length header, and uses the end of
  connection to signify end of data.  If a null character is
  included in the data stream, the proxy does not handle the
  payload correctly.
  
  These messages pass correctly through the HTTP Proxy when
  recording is not enabled.

Problem conclusion

• Upgrade to IBM Rational Test Control Panel version 10.0.2.1
  The newer HTTP Proxy code fixes this issue.
