Error description

  • For the SFS fileystem, the provided test case is getting a FS=04
error and the record that's being read in is RRN-1 instead of
RRN

COBOL users with SFS backed relative files maybe affected by
this issue.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The COBOL runtime was miscalculating the record length and the
next record to read.

Problem conclusion
