  01.IDz host module for zUnit need to be updated to work with
     V1.1 dynamic runner. V1.1 dynamic runner allows to specify
     the target CICS transaction names to be record. This change
     simply request all transactions to record as IDz 14.2.1
     level.
  02.Enhancement to provide new zee.env variable
     DEFAULT_REMOTE_ZOS_FILE_SEARCH. This variable controls the
     default search panel on a client. See ++HOLD for details.
  03.preventive increase of directory blocks (from 10 to 50) for
     DDDEF SMPWRK6 in sample JCL FEL1SMPE
  04.IDz host module for zUnit should accept pre-filtering
     condition supported by V1.1 dynamic runner. The new zUnit
     cilent module can call the new api in the recording service
     to specify the conditions.
  05.The IDz SCLM RAM is failing when trying to allocate the
     SYSPRINT DD, and it was already allocated.
  06.IDz host module for zUnit should return all supportable
     protocol versions. That should simplify the handshakes
     between client and server to negotiate protocol version in
     future.
  07.IDz host module for zUnit should set appropriate parameters
     on requesting Dynamic Test Runner to start recording.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.The idz host module is updated for the latest dynamic runner
     to work as IDz 14.2.1.
  02.Enhancement to provide new zee.env variable
     DEFAULT_REMOTE_ZOS_FILE_SEARCH. This variable controls the
     default search panel on a client.
  03.FEL1SMPE updated
  04.The idz host module is updated to handle pre-filtering
     conditions.
  05.The IBM IDz SCLM RAM has been changed to not fail if the
     SYSPRINT DD has already been allocated.
  06.The idz host module is updated to return all supportable
     protocol versions.
  07.The idz host module is updated to set appropriate
     parameters.
