PH20285: TEAMS ARE NOT INHERITED AT THE CHILD RESOURCE ADDED BY SYNCHRONIZE WITH TEMPLATE ACTION

Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a new team "Test Team".
  2. Create a resource template.
  3. Click on template and add an agent to template.
  4. Navigate to resource tree and create a top-level group with
  "Test Team".
  5. Mouse hover over top-level group, click on "..." and click on
  synchronize with template.
  6. Select template created on step-3 and save.
  7. Check basic settings of agent added under top-level group.
  
  Although "inherit teams from parent" is checked, still agent
  resource doesn't inherit "Test Team" after synchronization.
