  The problem occurs due to the SCB associated with an application
  queue being deleted by termination checkpoint processing at the
  same time as list transition processing is attempting to
  locate and use the SCB.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend code 5C6-00C5101A occurs in       *
  *                      module CSQEBMON after CF failure,       *
  *                      followed by abnormal QMGR termination.  *
  ****************************************************************
  The problem occurs during a very specific timing window &
  circumstance, involving both shared queues and triggering.
  
  The SCB associated with an application queue is being deleted,
  whilst at the same time as list transition processing attempts
  to locate and use this same SCB.
  
  This can occur during the following:
  CF Failure,
  STOP QMGR MODE(FORCE)
  

Problem conclusion

• Extra latch and condition logic enabled at the call to the
  module where the problem ABEND was noted. This is to remove the
  particular window of time where processing could remove the SCB
  that list transition processing would be seeking out.
