Error description

• USERS AFFECTED: Users of Enterprise COBOL 6.2 compiling and
  running programs compiled with the DYNAM option where the
  program contains nested programs and all CALL statements in the
  program have a literal call target.
  
  RECOMMENDATION TO CUSTOMER: Apply the provided PTF.
  
  PROBLEM SUMMARY: The compiler was unnecessarily generating code
  to set up a table of information that is sometimes needed at
  runtime for dynamic calls to help distinguish between nested
  program calls and external program calls.  However, this table
  is not needed when all the CALL statements in the program have a
  literal call target.
  
  CONCLUSION: The compiler was updated to avoid unnecessarily
  generating the code to set up the table of information for
  dynamic calls when it is not needed.
