Error description

• IBM Developer for z/OS 14.2 Auto Formatter removes SPACES when
  it comes to handling around brackets like '(' and ')'
  
  Auto Formatter for IDz version 14.2 removed all senseless SPACES
  but also some SPACES when it comes to handling around brackets
  like '(' and ')'

Local fix

Problem summary

• The formatter was not adding spaces around brackets.
