Error description

• Attempts to use file test data where fields contain very large
  values take a long time to complete and can exhaust RIT's memory
  allocation.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  1. Create a CSV file with fields containing 50kB of data
  2. Create a stub that uses this test data to lookup values
  3. Invoke the stub.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  
  The data lookup executes quickly
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS
  
  The data lookup takes several minutes and consumes a lot of
  memory.
  RIT can stop working if its memory is exhausted.
