Error description

• The following problems exist in the UI of the System->Recipient
  page for fixed recipient generators:
  - It allows adding recipients without providing any input data,
  which results in adding empty rows of data.
  - Editing any recipient and clicking "Save" results in
  java.lang.StackOverflowError. Although the modifications will be
  saved.
  - If audit is enabled, adding new recipients may result in
  com.urbancode.ubuild.domain.persistent.PersistenceException.
